Hawaii Homestay is an educational organization established in 1982 to create opportunities for international students and island families to share their culture and life experiences in host homes. For more than 25 years, we have developed strong ties into the community with host families, agencies and English as a Second Language (ESL) schools on the islands of Oahu, Maui, and Hawaii. We have cooperated with them to give students and visitors well coordinated opportunities to develop their English skills and assimilate our culture and for host families to broaden their understanding and appreciation of other cultures as well.
