Hawaii Homestay welcomes you to Hawaii. Your host family is prepared to accept you into their home as a family member. From your fees they will receive a reasonable stipend to cover your room and board expenses. All financial arrangements are made through the Hawaii Homestay office.

Individual Homestay Tuition
All Students:
$200.00 nonrefundable registration fee

Payment Schedule

1. Nonrefundable registration fee due with application and financial agreement six weeks prior to arrival
   
2. Term fees due one week prior to arrival. Late fee: $50.
   
3. Pay to Hawaii Homestay by check, money order, or transfer to First Hawaiian Bank, University Banking Center, Honolulu

Program Extension
If you choose to continue your homestay after the first three months, you may receive a discounted monthly rate. You should notify Hawaii Homestay by the end of your second month. No arrangements should be made directly with host families. Payments for extended contracts are made in the Honolulu office.

Refund Policy For Early Departure

1. No refund for departure before one month minimum term
   
2. Thirty days notice required
   
3. Refund: $870.00 per month for students over 18.
      $990.00 per month for students under 18
